We started Stairlifts Wales because we saw how confusing and expensive getting a stairlift could be — and we knew there was a better way.
Our Story
Stairlifts Wales was founded by Nathan, right here in South Wales. After seeing family members struggle with the cost and complexity of getting a stairlift, Nathan set out to create a service that was genuinely straightforward — honest pricing, no contracts, and a friendly face you could actually trust.
We specialise in one thing: reconditioned Brooks Acorn Slimline stairlifts. We know this model inside out. Every unit we install has been thoroughly checked and reconditioned by us personally — not just cleaned up and sent out the door.
We're not a national chain. We don't have a call centre. When you ring us, you speak to us. And when we come to your home, we treat it with the same care and respect we'd want for our own family.
